Welcome to Uganda

A Life Changing Experience

A hidden gem of East Africa, Uganda was once described by Winston Churchill as "The Pearl of Africa." The country has much to offer, but is often overlooked in favor of it's coast-lined neighbors Tanzania and Kenya. The beautiful natural environment of Uganda ranges from vast banana plantations to dense tropical forests to deep river valleys. The country's diverse landscape encompasses snow-capped mountains, majestic Lake Victoria, and abundant wildlife.

Volunteers 2 Uganda has been operating since 2007, and in that time has managed to place thousands of volunteers in various projects across Uganda. By matching volunteers with the best fitting roles for their skills and interests, Volunteers 2 Uganda provides the support necessary to make their time in Uganda a success.

Become a volunteer

Volunteers 2 Uganda is dedicated to uplift and empower the needy and vulnerable people in society by improving their quality of life and well-being through volunteering programs in Uganda. We envision bringing happiness, health and education, through offering voluntary services to the most vulnerable members of our communities.
